There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning inside the room. It was adjacent to Edirne and Margi autlet and Erasta mall, marvellous location overall...

This venue exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it due to its clean, spacious, and well-heated rooms, along with its fantastic location near Mevlana Camii.

We booked an a double room, it was warm and good. Having central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a mini bar fridge was very convenient. The personnel was very welcoming as expected.

overall the room was big size and well heated with perfect bathroom.

We had a room with bathtubs, which was a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near Margi outlet and Erasta mall, making it easy to shop and explore. Plus, it's right in the middle of Jackson, so you can easily get around 🛍️.

The service quality and kindness of the staff were mind-blowing. Breakfast was great, with more choices of national Turkish breakfast, it would have been even better. The hotel itself is excellent, with smiling and kind staff. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, with a kettle provided. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests of different nationalities, even providing Bulgarian-speaking staff. The free coffee at the reception and the comfortable beds were also super. We will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Concept Royal for one night with my family of four. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite, which was much bigger than expected. Both bedrooms had AC and there were two bathrooms. The hotel also offers a delicious Turkish breakfast and free parking on the street, with security cameras for added safety. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with super comfy beds and a spotlessly clean bathroom. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant that serves meals throughout the day.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking a range of different languages to accommodate guests from different countries. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to shopping malls and the nearby street. The room was clean, cozy, and had great facilities, including air conditioning and two bathrooms. Everything was spot on.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape at a hotel in Edirne! We loved the comfy mattress, clean room, and the fact that we could park our car right in front of the hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and accommodating our needs.

We did have a bit of trouble sleeping at night due to some noise from the elevator outside our room.

The hotel's great location close to shops and a nearby street for parking was a plus. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. the breakfast had a decent selection of tasty food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating to guests' language needs. some rooms had good views of the city.

Some guests complained of being woken up at night by calls from the reception or dealing with staff that failed to resolve issues effectively.

Our room was situated next to the elevator, and we could hear every time someone used it, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. while the parking lot was convenient, it was rather small and limited in space.
